SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SWITH GEAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: The General Services Administration, Office of Acquisition is interested in gaining knowledge of all potential offerors capable of performing SWITCHGEAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR @ General Services Administration, Office of Facility Management, Special Services/ Switchgear Team Located: 3101 Pennsy Dr. Landover, MD 20785 by means of a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Project Description PLEASE SEE ATTACHED (SOW) The period of performance for this contract is a 6 months base period and three 6 Months option periods. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code for this project is 811219 and with corresponding size standards of $20.5 million. All eligible small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and women owned small business are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought Notice. Offerors are reminded that "THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL." The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of performing the described work. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice shall not constitute responses to solicitation, which is not currently available. As stipulated in FAR 15.201, responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Sources Sought Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. The information received will be utilized to assist in formulating the acquisition. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. Firms responding to this Sources Sought Notice are requested to provide GSA, Office of Acquisition with capability statements, limited to 10 pages, which need to include at a minimum: a. Company name and CAGE code b. Mailing address c. Point of contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail) d. Website, if applicable. e. Degree of experience providing same or similar services as outlined in the project description required information above. f.
