AMENDMENT 1 - EXTENSION, Q&A and SOO AMD 1. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Technology Transformation Services’ (TTS) Office of Acquisition (OA), hereby issues this solicitation as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with its associated attachments, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13 to establish a purchase order for equity study outreach and recruitment services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to make one or more awards from this solicitation.
