The General Services Administration, Region 1 Public Building Services, Acquisition Management Division in support of Central Office, Office of Facilities Management, Carbon Pollution-Free Electricity/Clean Energy Division’s Utility Regulatory Program (URP) is issuing this RFI to obtain responses from all (not only Small Businesses) interested and qualified firms. The GSA’s objective is to meet the rate case intervention requirements of the Federal government. GSA needs access to daily online industry information so that it can keep track of utility rate cases, rule makings and issues raised in each of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Furthermore, the Utility Regulatory Program needs to track outcomes of cases and various other issues related to energy rates. GSA’s Utility Regulatory program provides expert regulatory support services in furtherance of the agency’s activities in representing federal facilities’ interests before state utility regulatory bodies.
