GSA is seeking to provide increased security to escort children to and from the park, due to the fact there is no outdoor playground. Access to the outdoors is a requirement of the state licensing requirements and NAEYC standards. This request for a service contract is to provide enhanced safety and security to the children and staff of the child care center while they are enroute to the park, at the park and back to the center. The service contract shall be for an unarmed security escort during the hours in which the children normally walk to and from waterfront park. The intent of this action is to determine the level of interest along with pricing and general information. The anticipated weekly hours for this requirement will be between 10 - 30 hours.
