The General Services Administration’s (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS), 1800 F Street, NW, Washington, DC intends to acquire support for development of a web-based, modularized training program for Building Assessment Tool (BAT). The objective of the training is to provide BAT users with an overview of the BAT functionality, key reporting features, and a step-by-step guide to perform and approve the BAT survey. The training should help to ease the browsing experience for a user not familiar with the application. The BAT Module is a strategic planning tool for assessing and analyzing the reinvestment requirements of the GSA’s owned real property portfolio. BAT automates and standardizes condition assessments. The process of identifying building deficiencies and developing a multi-year plan of repairs and alterations projects begins with the BAT. It is a Web-enabled strategic planning tool that provides a regular and consistent assessment of the physical condition of each building’s basic structure and systems and an overall assessment of GSA's building inventory.
