It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal (RFP) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210. The General Services Administration is considering a competitive 8(a), firm fixed price contract for four federal buildings located in Sacramento, CA. The requirement includes Operations and Maintenance and Related Services. Utilizing a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW), the contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, travel, equipment and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, economical and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems located within the property line of the above locations. Specific objectives for such a project may include: Electrical systems and equipment Mechanical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, exhaust systems and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment Fire protection and life safety systems and equipment throughout the building(s) Service Desk Operations Fuel tank storage, including the underground storage tank (UST) Industry Feedback Request Form: We request interested vendors fill out the attached Industry Feedback Request Form and return to Patricia.Skinner@gsa.gov and June.Leeper@gsa.gov by 5:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, July 7,2025.
