This Sources Sought announcement is not a pre-solicitation notice or request for proposals/quotations and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. This acquisition will set aside 100% for the Small Business 8(a) program. The offeror must be a small business 8(a) firm and capable of performing work under the NAICS Classification 561720 (Janitorial Services). This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action. The contemplated NAICS code is 561720 and size standard is $19.5 million. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, travel costs, material, equipment, supplies (plus any associated costs for obtaining supplies, for example parking, shipping costs, etc.), and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the effective performance of Custodial, Grounds Maintenance, Trash and Related Services at the Robert E. Coyle Federal Building & USCH located at 2500 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA 93721 and the Bakersfield Federal Building & USCH located at the 510 19th Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301. Documentation Verifying Small Business Certification: Please provide the following documentation as it applies to you company. If claiming 8(a) status, provide a copy of your 8(a) Certificate from SBA. The documentation should also show the business is small under the NAICS code 561720. Statement of Proposal Submission: Statement on how your company will do the work and that your company WILL submit a proposal as a prime contractor if a solicitation is issued as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. Past Performance Information: Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, and dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers. If two companies are planning to conduct business and submit an offer as a Joint Venture or similar type of teaming agreement, they are requested to provide past performance information on projects of similar scope that they have performed together as a Joint Venture, if available. Providing individual past performance documentation from each company on separate projects where the two did not work together may be considered less relevant.
