This is a Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought Announcement is for a Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Full Elevator Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacement (VTE) Services Contract per the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the following locations: (1) Lloyd D. George Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 333 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas NV (NV0304ZZ) (2) Foley Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse 300 South Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV (NV0013ZZ) This is a Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW). The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, travel costs, materials, equipment, and supplies (plus any associated costs for obtaining supplies, for example parking, shipping costs, etc) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, including vertical transportation and all related services, located within the property line of the locations listed in Section C.1. This contract also includes Elevators and Vertical Transportation Equipment. There are differences in the service and repair provisions between elevators and the other systems. In cases where there are conflicts between elevators and the rest of the contract, the elevator portion of this contract (Exhibit J.6) takes precedence. This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. Interested contractors should respond to this sources sought with positive statement of interest and with answers to the requested information on the attached Industry Feedback Request Form.
