This Sources Sought Announcement is for a Full Elevator Maintenance, Repairs, and Replacement Services Contract per the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the following locations: (1) ROBERT MATSUI U.S. COURTHOUSE 501 I STREET SACRAMENTO, CA (2) SACRAMENTO FEDERAL BLDG. 801 I STREET SACRAMENTO, CA (3) JOHN MOSS FEDERAL BUILDING 650 CAPITOL MALL SACRAMENTO, CA (4) FEDERAL BUILDING 2800 COTTAGE WAY SACRAMENTO, CA This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. This SOURCES SOUGHT inquiry is to determine whether there are interested and capable small business concerns. The contemplated NAICS code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors and size standard is $15.0 million. This Market Research is for a contemplated Firm Fixed Price Contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. A DRAFT Scope of Work is attached.
