The General Services Administration, Region 9, is considering awarding via competitive HubZone set-aside for custodial and related services. This is a firm fixed contract for custodial and related services within the Transportation and Security Agency (TSA) and Drug Enforcement Administration spaces of Hawaii and Pago Pago Airport Facilities. As a Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW), the contractor shall provide personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, training/certifications, and services. The applicable classification code S201 -- HOUSEKEEPING- CUSTODIAL JANITORIAL The contractor must be a qualified HubZone for NAICS code 561720 -- Janitorial Services As permitted by FAR Part 10, this is a market research tool being utilized for information and planning purposes. Your response will assist the Government in the development of its acquisition strategy for possible Request for Proposal (RFP) to be issued at a later date. This request shall not be considered as a RFP or as any commitment of obligation on the part of the Government to issue a solicitation.
