This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal (RFP) or request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decisions, to include set aside decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 - Janitorial Services/$19,500,000 annual revenue. GSA PBS Region 9 is seeking a source to provide custodial and related services at Edward J. Roybal Federal Building U.S. Courthouse (CA0283CC) located at 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of custodial and related services as described in the Draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS). The attached Draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) and pertinent documents are provided for all interested parties to review and determine if they can meet the requirements of this contract. These documents are considered draft and subject to change when the solicitation is issued. All interested offerors who can provide the requested custodial and related services shall provide a written response to this notice and include the following: Company name, Address, Point of contact, Phone, fax, and email, DUNS number, Cage Code, Tax ID Number, FSS MAS Contract # if applicable, Type of small business, e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business, or Small Business. Provide a copy of your company’s current Representations and Certifications from www.beta.sam.gov, Must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications (see experience requirements) and ability to perform the requested custodial and related services, Provide any current or past contracts for custodial and related services. Please include details such as contract #, contract value, contract type, agency point of contacts, etc.. Any other pertinent information that may assist the Government in relation to this requirement, commercial standards, industry best practices, etc...
