This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a seperate written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, Office of Real Property Disposition Division (7PZ) requires Consulting Services to provide a mineral report for an estimate of proved, probable, and possible helium recoverable volumes in the Bush Dome reservoir.
