THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR AWARD A CONTRACT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICALLY CAPABLE AND OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FIRMS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION. THE PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO IDENTIFY AVAILABLE SOURCES ONLY. The General Services Administration is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide construction service for the demolition, removal, and complete replacement of exterior stucco veneer with a traditional three-coat Portland cement stucco finish. The project location is the Federal Courthouse Building located at 100 North Church St, Las Cruces, New Mexico. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 238140 - Masonry Contractors. The small business size standard is $15 million. The construction cost of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Interested firms responding to this Sources Sought shall provide the following: 1 - Capabilities Statement package (no more than 5 pages in length) demonstrating the ability to perform the requested work. 2 - Experience in projects similar in size and scope in commercial or government office buildings not less than $500,000 3 - Statement regarding the firm status: 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, Small Business, Large Business, etc 4 - Statement regarding bonding capabilities Submission Instructions: Interested firms who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 4:00 pm (CDT), Friday, May 3, 2019.
