This acquisition is a 100% 8(a) Set-Aside The U.S. General Services Administration has the need for continuation of Janitorial and Related Services at the Hammond U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN 46320, Robert A. Grant Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 204 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601, and the E. Ross Adair Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 1300 S. Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The current contract expires on October 31, 2021. This acquisition will be a 100% Total 8(a) Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 561720. The performance period for Janitorial and Related Services is scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021 for a one-year base period, ending October 31, 2022. There are four (4) one year option periods that may be exercised. The option periods will cover performance from November 1, 2022 through October 31, 2023, November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024, November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2025, November 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026 respectively. The Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services as described herein. This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. Proposals will be opened privately. The solicitation will be available on or about April 26, 2021, the actual date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as beta.SAM.gov. beta.SAM is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information. It is fully integrated with other electronic government initiatives such as the System for Award Management (SAM) database, and is available for use by all Federal agencies. In order to obtain information from beta.SAM.gov, you will first be required to register in SAM. The System for Award Management database is a part of the Business Partner Network, an e-gov initiative, and will be used to validate vendor identity. All government contractors must be registered in SAM prior to receiving an award. You may access SAM at the following URLwww.sam.gov. This requirement is a 100% Competitive Certified 8a Set-Aside The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks a Provider/Offeror to: Provide “Janitorial and Related Services”, located at the Hammond U.S. Courthouse, 5400 Federal Plaza, Hammond, IN 46320, Robert A. Grant Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 204 S. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601, and the E. Ross Adair Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 1300 S. Harrison Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. The contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, manpower, and equipment necessary to provide Janitorial and Related Services as described herein or as directed by the COR. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, and City laws, and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The North American Industry Classification System Code for this potential acquisition is 561720 Janitorial Services. The Small Business size standards under this NAICS code $18M. The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation for this requirement on or around April 26, 2021.
