The service will ensure the continued fire protection and health & safety of the building occupants and other building assets. The contractor shall have 230 days, after being issued the notice to proceed, to complete the project. Schedule must be coordinated and approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative. This procurement will be a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 541690. The project scope will consist of all management supervision, supplies, & equipment to perform the Fire Protection and Safety & Health Risk Management Surveys at the aforementioned locations and in accordance with the project specifications. This is a negotiated, firm fixed price procurement; there will NOT be a public bid opening. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation cited above can only be obtained by accessing a secure website known as SAM.gov. SAM.gov is a secure website designed to safeguard sensitive but unclassified (SBU) acquisition information.
