The purpose of this project is to recapture vacant space, and relocate the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) into 4,569 usable square feet at the Sanford Federal Building. A portion of this work includes, but is not limited to: ? Reduce and reconfigure existing office layout, including demolition and design ? Provide communication wiring as needed for new offices and cubicles ? Provide security elements per VBA requirements The magnitude of construction range is $500,000 and $1,000,000.
