This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of HUBZone Small Business Concerns located in the Georgia area to compete for and perform a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The General Service Administration (GSA), Public Building Service (PBS), R04 intends to issue a Request for Proposal as a HUBZone Small Business Concern under the authority of FAR 19.13 Historically Underutilized Business Zone program. This requirement is for the replacement of the Ceiling and lighting on the 19th floor deliberation room at the Richard B. Russell Federal Building located in Downtown Atlanta, GA. The project will also include removing the existing ceiling grid and tiles in the Jury Deliberation room, removing existing lighting, removing existing snap switches for reuse, and the demo of existing HVAC and return vents. The Government anticipates award of a single Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code for this acquisition is 236220. The Order of Magnitude for this Project is between $25,000 and $100,000. If qualified and interested, per the definition above, please submit a letter (maximum of 3 pages) via email stating the following: 1) Name of your company, address, point of contact with phone number, e-mail address and fax number. 2) Your company's interest in submitting a proposal once solicitation is issued. 3) Business size for the assigned NAICS code. In addition to the size of business, indicate if the firm is a HUBZone Small Business Concern. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency if timely received by the point of contact described herein.
