The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to solicit Request for Proposals for a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services at the Anchorage Federal Building, Mod G, and the Historic Federal Building, all located in Anchorage, Alaska. The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, manpower, subcontracts, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services; in a responsible, cost effective, environmentally friendly manner.
