The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for Security Upgrades. See attached Solicitation including Statement of Work, Drawings, and Photos for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside only under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. All work under this contract will be performed at: Ketchikan Federal Building, 648 Mission Street Ketchikan, AK 99901. A Site Visit is scheduled for April 24, 2019 at 2:00 PM in Alaska Daylight Saving Time. Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Friday, May 3, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time), and completing contract performance is 90 calendar days after Contract Award.
