The services required for this contract include the furnishing of all materials, design, equipment, labor, abatement, and supervision to perform all work described by the contract documents for the Project. The Project consists of the addition of outside make-up air to all areas that do not currently meet ASHRAE standards including demolition work to remove existing units that do not meet the standard, addition of new equipment including all ductwork, electrical, controls, ceiling work, lighting, paint, flooring, and all other incidentals. The work of this Contract shall be Substantially Complete 548 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (“NTP”). The work of this Contract shall achieve Final Acceptance 15 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion. The upgrade of these devices will result in an approximate 20% savings in annual electrical and gas utility costs related to this system. Funding for this project will be provided through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (“CARES”) Act (2020).
