Good Afternoon, GSA is issuing a sources sought for the following renovation project at 100 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 to determine the interest, availability, and capability of Small, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), HUBZone, and Woman Owned Small Business concerns found as a result of a Dynamic Small Business Search. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project includes construction services as part of interior renovation of approximately 19,690 SF of vacant existing Circuit Court Law Library stack area and library administration offices on the Third Floor of the Potter Stewart US Courthouse into a new consolidated Court of Appeals Office of the Executive to include the Executive office with administrative functions, Space & Facilities, Human Resources/Education, Information Technology, conference rooms, a lounge, and Judicial Conference room, along with related support spaces. Work includes but is not limited to demolition, new architectural work, new finishes, MEP modifications, fire alarm modifications, fire suppression modifications, data cabling, security infrastructure, and hazardous material removal for the Space Renovation Project at 100 East Fifth Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov (formerly fbo.gov) in February/March. The awardee will be required to undergo the security clearance process. The full extent of the work will be described in the solicitation when it's posted. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT for planning purposes only. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), HUBZone, or Woman Owned Small Businesses with the capabilities and experience to perform the required work. All interested parties should submit a capabilities package to include business classification (i.e. SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.), as well as examples of three projects completed within the last five years that included a scope of work specified above that will be required under this project and that had a total project cost in the same range estimated for this project.
