The purpose of this sources sought is to gauge industry interest and potential participation in an upcoming procurement to provide services at the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse and Edward Zorinsky Federal Buildings in Omaha, NE. Specifically, the Government is conducting market research to determine if market participants would be interested in proposing on a complete maintenance service contract for these buildings to provide Operations and Mechanical Maintenance and related services at both the Hruska and Zorinsky buildings, and Custodial and related services at the Hruska building. Attached with this sources sought are the current estimated scopes of work for both services. While there may be some modifications to the scopes of work between this posting and the final solicitation, the Government anticipates any potential changes to be minor. For this Source Sought the Government is requesting you submit your notice of interest in a complete maintenance contract at these locations for the services identified, that your company (registered joint ventures are welcome) qualifies as a women owned small business, and a short statement (no more than two pages) of how your company could provide cost and efficenciy benefits to the Government if these services were offered combined under a single contract with a one year base, and four one year option periods. Failure to provide this short statement will indicate your company is not interested in proposing on this upcoming procurement. Based on the feedback received from this sources sought and other market research an official RFQ is expected within 30 days.
