Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only per Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10. This Sources Sought Announcement is for Facilities Engineering Operations & Maintenance and Vertical Transportation Equipment (OMVTE), and Related Services per the attached Draft Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) for the following locations: (1) San Francisco Federal Building (CA0305ZZ) 90 7th Street San Francisco, CA 94103 (2) 50 United Nations Plaza (CA0093ZZ) 50 UNP San Francisco, CA 94103 (3) Browning Court House (CA0096ZZ) 95th Seventh Street (7th and Madison) San Francisco, CA 94103 The requirement includes OMVTE, and Related Services. Utilizing a PBWS, the Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies (shipping & handling), permits, including any associated fees, and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, including vertical transportation and all related services located within the property lines of the above listed locations. This is not a request for proposal or quotes, and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award of a contract. Interested contractors should respond to this sources sought with positive statement of interest and with answers to the requested information on the attached Industry Feedback Request Form.
