THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR OFFERORS OR PROPOSALS. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR AWARD A CONTRACT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICALLY CAPABLE AND OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FIRMS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING OFFERS. The GSA is considering an on-site building utilization study to provide a reliable, accurate, and real time occupancy count in government occupied buildings to increase building effectiveness, avoid service shortfalls and inform design requirements. The respondent must provide equipment and real time analytics that will provide our agency with data that specifies peak performance, and usage trends within the building for a period between 1 to 5 years. Technology must be accurate real time data that must accommodate the following scenarios Provide accurate counts for occupancy movement in or out of 8' wide entry and exit points. The ability to accurately count cross directional traffic patterns and persons entering and exiting the space in multiples groups. The ability to provide real time data and analysis on occupancy trends on a platform that is easily accessible via desktop and/or mobile device Must have cellular access (may not be permitted to use some wifi networks Must have POE Plus Due to strict privacy and security concerns specific objectives for such a project may not include: Individual chair or table monitors Motion detection Cameras WiFi detection Proxi data PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Denver, CO Area Contractors capable of performing as a prime contractor that meet the requirements stated above are encouraged to submit capability statements no more than five pages in length. Capability statements must include the following information. 1. Name, address, business size. 2. Company status: HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc. 3. Affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, and potential teaming partners. 4. Provide summaries for one to three similar projects (as described) above that demonstrate the small business firm's past experience. Interested firms having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are encouraged to submit responses addressing each of the criteria (1-5) as stated above. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice will not be considered for award. All interested parties will be required to respond separately to any solicitations posted as a result of the sources sought notice.
