GSA intends to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Design-Build (D-B) contract for the Building 53 Limited Scope and Tenant Backfill project. This acquisition encompasses the design and construction of the office and related space within Building 53, located on the Denver Federal Center campus (Lakewood, Colorado) which is bound by Kipling Street to the east, 6th Avenue to the north, Simms Street to the west, and Alameda Avenue to the south.
