The FY25 Definitive Cost Estimating Data for NCMT Module contract award is to provide facility construction and facility maintenance, and operations cost data, suitable for new construction, repair and alteration construction projects and facility maintenance and operations efforts, for use in an internal GSA specific definitive cost estimating application development by GSA. The Sole Source Justification is attached with this posting.
