This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Quotes (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and can/will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to their submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Follow up demos may be requested by GSA to gain further information regarding products/services. If necessary, demonstrations will be virtual on a GSA-hosted web platform for no longer than 2 hours in duration, with allotted time for questions from the GSA review panel. GSA is seeking a means to obtain professional training services that includes a high degree of interactive participation with course attendees. This negotiations training is intended to be utilized by project managers (PMs), subject matter experts (SMEs) to include small, capital and leased projects. Our new, entry level and small projects PMs are required to be fully prepared to properly negotiate matters, to include but not limited to: basic understanding of negotiating, principles of negotiating, elements of negotiations, how to prepare and strategize, anticipate comprise, offer and expect commitment, types of negotiations and to resolve problems.
