General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wyoming City: Gillette Delineated Area: North: Northern Drive East: N/S Garner Lake Road South: Southern Drive West: US HWY 14-16/US Hwy 50 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,410 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,751 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 reserved surface parking spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 13 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building on one floor. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 1 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Secured parking, enclosed with a chain link fence, may be required. Offered space must be accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year year flood plain.
