The United States Government (Government) is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space within the delineated area of Madison, WI. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 12,574 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet (formerly “Usable”). The space must yield a minimum of 12,574 ABOA square feet of contiguous space and should not exceed 13,203 ABOA square feet. The space should also be able to accommodate a minimum of 0 structured, and 50 surface parking spaces reserved solely for the Government’s use. The lease term is for 5 years, 2 years firm. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The Government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move, including telecommunications equipment and LAN systems, office furniture, security systems, telephone systems, and other related costs.
