The U.S. Governemnt intends to exercise a renewal for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Weyers Cave, VA at the Shenandoah Valley Airport. The Government requires office and related space yeilding a minimum of 654 ABOA square fee. THe square feet must be located on airport property, be contiugous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 10, 2020. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner ranting permission to make a general offering of the space.
