(ABOA): 5,040 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Access per local code Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: • Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. • Offered space must be contiguous on a single level. • Offered space must have a minimum of 20' for column spacing and cannot be more than 2' square. • Offered space above the ground level must have at least 2 passenger accessible elevators. • Must have access to public transportation within 2 walkable blocks. • Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. • All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s).
