(ABOA): 12,500 Space Type: Office and Other Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Preference is to not be located adjacent to, in close proximity and/or within residential areas, educational facilities, religious facilities, and/or retail facilities Build-out must be completed by 10/15/2023 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
