GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space In San Antonio, Texas RLP No. 9TX3171 State: Texas City: San Antonio Delineated Area: North: Wurzbach parkway South: Commerce Street East: Nacogdoches Road West: I-10 West Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,442 ABOA SF Parking Spaces (Total): 60 Parking Spaces (Surface): 58 spaces available on-site or within ΒΌ mile walking distance from the building. Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 designated reserved for official visitors Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous and located on not more than two contiguous floors, and have the potential for an efficient layout. Space shall be located in a professional office setting. Offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
