A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (17, 495 USF/ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in NASHVILLE, TN. The current lease will be expiring June 20, 2019. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
