Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration in Erie, Pennsylvania, Erie International Airport. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 88 ANSI/BOMA office area and one (1) adjacent parking space. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
