The route from the primary or secondary street shall be direct. Locations which have obscure, difficult access shall not be considered. Contiguous, above ground, first floor space preferred. The space offered should be no more than twice as long as it is wide and should have open areas where columns and other obstructions do not hinder the development of efficient space layouts. Space adaptable to efficient layout and workflow. Test fit may be required. Space configuration shall allow for a separate accessible employee entrance which provides access to the space without going through the public reception area. Column size cannot exceed two (2’) feet square and space between columns and/or walls throughout the offered space shall be predominantly no less than 18.5 feet.
