The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for office space consisting of approximately 66,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) plus approximately 320 on-site, reserved parking spaces in Albany, NY. The delineated area is as follows: North 1-99; East I-787/I-87; South Route 32; West Elm Avenue/Cherry Avenue/Route 85/I87. The proposed lease term is for a firm term of two (2) years. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required. All responses received by October 4, 2019 will be considered by the Government. Due to project timeliness, new construction is not being considered. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Latham, New York that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. However a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action, based upon responses to the notice, is solely at the discretiono of the Government.
