First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. Separate visitor and employee restrooms required. Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. Below grade space is unacceptable Layout of Space: the space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design Accessibility: The space needs to be visible or easily located from a primary or secondary street. If on high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare, traffic signals must be within two (2) blocks to provide safe access to the space.
