Building shall not be located within 1000 feet of schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics, drug rehabilitation centers or day care facilities. 24 hour access to the secured parking spaces is a requirement. Secured Structured Parking or Fenced in parking area will be a minimum of 8 foot tall, barbed wired and 9 gauge chain link. Proposed space shall not be on the top floor of the building if rooftop access is within the offered space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement.
