U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: LA City: Baton Rouge Delineated Area: North: From OK Allen Bridge 28 traveling eastward and southeastward on US Highway 190 (Airline Hwy) and eastward on US Highway 190 (Florida Blvd) to Sherwood Forest Blvd. East: From US Highway 190 (Florida Blvd) traveling southward on Sherwood Forest Blvd. and southeastward on US Highway 61 (Airline Hwy) to Louisiana Highway 42 (Highland Road) South: From US Highway 61 traveling westward on Highway Louisiana Highway 42 (Highland Road) and continuing westward on Louisiana Highway 42 (Burdock Drive) and continuing on Gourrier Avenue to the Mississippi River West: The Mississippi River Minimum Sq. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 14,574 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Baton Rouge, LA, that will be expiring. The Government has identified a need for 14,574 ABOA SF and is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
