(ABOA): 15,486 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 76 Parking Spaces (Surface): 76 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 7 Firm Term: 0 Soft Term: 7 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (15,486 USF/ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in NASHVILLE, TN. The current lease will expired May 31st 2019. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
