General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Port Charlotte Delineated Area: North: Veterans Blvd to Interstate 75 East: I-75 to Kings Highway South: Kings Highway to Harper Avenue to US 41 West: US 41 to Tamiami Trail to Veterans Blvd Office Minimum Sq. (ABOA): 7,001 ABOASF Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements[H1] : Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor. If offered space is above the ground floor, a minimum of two accessible elevators must service the proposed floor. One of the two elevators may be a freight elevator. Space must be a walkable 2 blocks to a public transit stop. Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Adequate eating and banking facilities shall be located within the immediate vicinity of the Building, but generally not exceeding a drivable 2 miles, as determined by the LCO. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
