GSA intends to Lease Office Space in Sarasota FL: Agency Unique Requirements: · No open parking above or underneath offered space · Office space >20' away from public parking or roadways (can be vertical) · Prefer above 2nd floor · If above second floor, one elevator shall be equipped with override control. If the office is located on the sixth floor or above, the elevator shall be on emergency power · If windows less than 18' from a standing surface, it will require level 5 14 gauge security screens · Prefer no stick-built · All exterior windows will need 7mil blast film · No (other tenant) telephone, data, electrical, plumbing can pass through our space without being assessed by security. Most likely they will need to be moved. · No skylights · 24/7 access to building
