U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: Sanford Delineated Area: North: State Road 46 East: E. Lake Mary Blvd. South: N. Ronald Reagan Blvd. West: State Road 17 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,700 Space Type: Warehouse (2,000 USF ABOA), Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Soft Term: 5 years Option 1 Term: 0 Option 2 Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor, and located on the ground level. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern warehouse buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Location should not be adjacent to overpasses, bridges, elevated ramps or railroad tracks. The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the one year flood plain. Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the delineated area. The delineated area is defined as the following: A map of the delineated area is provided for further clarification of the boundaries: Expressions of Interest: Offerors interested in submitting an expression of interest should include the following: 1) Building name, address, and the location of the available space within the building. 2) Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. 3) ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Also, indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. 4) Date the space is available. 5) Building ownership information. 6) Amount of parking available on-site and available per local code. 7) Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. 8) List of building services provided.
