The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease 48,956 to 59,778 square feet of office space in Washington, DC's Central Employment Area for a 15-year firm term. The space must be within a half-mile of a Metrorail station, accommodate specific security requirements, and include 14 on-site parking spaces.
