The federal governement seeks to lease ten (10) RESERVED parking spaces in close proximity to the Ribicoff U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building in Hartford, CT. Delineated Area is: North: Elm St to Pulaski Cir to Wells St to Arch St West: West St East: Columbus Blvd South: Buckingham St to Charter Oak Ave Location must be accesible for government parking 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Vehicles will be parking overnight. Parking spaces shall be non-tandem (non stacking) and should be capable of accomodating full size passenger vehicles, utility vehicles and light trucks. This shall be for a ten- (10) year term. Record owners or duly authorized agents are invited to submit their pricing specifying address and description of the property. Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible.
