(ABOA): N/A Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): Either 7 Surface or Parking Spaces (Structured): Either 7 Structured Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: One 5-Year Option Additional Requirements: Parking must be secured via security key car access Parking must be reserved for the exclusive use of the Government. Parking spaces may be either structured or surface. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
