(ABOA): 11,164 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): As required by local code Reserved Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 13 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. Space shall be no more than twice as long as it is wide. Columns must be at least 20’ from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2’ square. Space must be contiguous and be located on either the first floor or the top floor with two accessible elevators if located on the top floor. Space shall have at least one separate employee entrance providing ingress without going through agency reception area. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall be outside of the 100-year flood plain.
