General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Paramount Delineated Area: City of Paramount Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35,156 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA:36,913.8 Sapce Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 53 Parking Spaces (Surface): 53 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 17,029 ABOA SF of office and warehouse space in a building under a lease in Paramount, CA. The Government has identified a need for 18,127 ABOA SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 35,156 ABOA SF if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
