The U.S. General Services Administration currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Andalusia, Covenington County, Alabama that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,004 and a maximum of 5,255 ANSI/BOMI Office area. (useable square feet) Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before 4 May 2022. TERM: The term will be for 15 years, 10 years firm.
